We have identified an module which was blocking some emails to our helpdesk from importing over the last few days since we upgrade our helpdesk. We have disabled the module that was causing the intermittent blocking.
If you have emailed and not received a reply, we sincerely apologise and we are catching up on the backlog of imported emails now that they have piped in, once we disabled the offending module.
