- Log into your Client Area account
- On the left-hand side of the home page, click on the green Update button
- From here, you can update & manage your:
- Account Details (i.e. name, address, contact information, etc.)
- Secondary users for your Client Area account
- Payment Methods
- Contacts
- Account Security
- Email History - Click on the Email History option in the little menu on the left-hand side of the screen
- You should now see a page listing all email communication you have had from us.
