How to create email accounts in SmarterMail

  1. Login to SmarterMail with the Administrator account at https://mail1.domaincentral.com.au/
  2. Click Domain settings
  3. Click on Accounts on Users
  4. Click on New
  5. In the Username filed, type the desired username
  6. In the Password and Confirm Password field, type the password for this account. Be sure to type the same password each time
  7. Click Save

How to delete email accounts in SmarterMail

  1. Login to SmarterMail with the Administrator account at https://mail1.domaincentral.com.au/
  2. Click Domain settings
  3. Click on Accounts on Users
  4. All the users under the domain will be listed here. Select the users by ticking the checkbox, then click “Delete” to remove the user from the domain. It will remove the Email account with all its mails.

Note: The mails cannot be retrieve once the email account is deleted/removed.
