FTP allows you to upload and manage files on your website using an FTP program such as FileZilla.
Step 1: Log in to SiteWorx
Go to:
https://www.domain.com:2443/siteworx
Step 2: Go to FTP Accounts
Navigate to Hosting Features → FTP.

Step 3: Create FTP Account
- Enter a username
- Set a password
- Select the directory (usually html)
Step 4: Save
FTP Connection Details
- Host: yourdomain.com
- Port: 21
- Username: your FTP username
- Password: your FTP password
