If you have purchased an SSL certificate, you can install it manually in SiteWorx.
Before You Start
You will need the following details from your SSL provider:
- Certificate (CRT)
- Private Key (KEY)
- CA Bundle (if provided)
Step 1: Log in to SiteWorx
Go to:
https://www.domain.com:2443/siteworx
Step 2: Go to SSL Management
Navigate to Hosting Features → SSL.

Step 3: Enter Certificate Details
Paste the following into the correct fields:
- Certificate (CRT)
- Private Key (KEY)
- CA Bundle
Step 4: Install Certificate
Click install to apply the certificate.
Step 5: Test Your Website
Visit:
https://www.domain.com
Important
- Your domain must be pointing to your hosting server
- Incorrect details will cause the install to fail
