DNS records control how your domain connects to your website, email, and other services.
Step 1: Log in to SiteWorx
Go to:
https://www.domain.com:2443/siteworx
Step 2: Open DNS Management
Navigate to Hosting Features → DNS Zones.

Step 3: Select Your Domain
Choose the domain you want to manage.
Step 4: Edit DNS Records
You can edit or add records such as:
- A Record: Points your domain to an IP address
- CNAME: Points one domain to another
- MX Record: Controls email delivery
- TXT Record: Used for verification (e.g. email services)

Important
- Changes can take time to update (up to 24 hours)
- Incorrect DNS settings can break your website or email
