How to Add a DNS Record in SiteWorx Print

You may need to add DNS records when setting up email services, verification, or connecting external services.

Step 1: Log in to SiteWorx

Go to:

https://www.domain.com:2443/siteworx

Step 2: Go to DNS Zones

Navigate to Hosting Features → DNS Zones.

Step 3: Select Your Domain

Step 4: Add a New Record

1. Click Add Record
2. Select the record type (A, CNAME, MX, TXT)
3. Enter the required details

Common Examples

• A Record: example.com → 123.123.123.123
• CNAME: www → example.com
• TXT: Used for verification codes

Step 5: Save

Click save to apply the record.

DNS changes may take time to become active.
