Creating regular backups of your website ensures you can restore your data if something goes wrong.
Step 1: Log in to SiteWorx
Go to:
https://www.domain.com:2443/siteworx
Step 2: Go to Backups
Navigate to Hosting Features → Backups.

Step 3: Choose What to Back Up
Select the items you want to include in your backup:
- Website files
- Databases
- Email accounts
Step 4: Create Backup
Click Create Backup to begin the process.

Step 5: Download Your Backup
Once completed, download the backup file to your computer for safe keeping.

Tips
- Always back up before making major changes
- Store backups in a safe location (not just your hosting account)
- Keep multiple backups where possible
