You can restore your website using a previously created backup if something has gone wrong.
Important
Restoring a backup will overwrite existing files, databases, or email data. Make sure you select the correct backup.
Step 1: Log in to SiteWorx
Go to:
https://www.domain.com:2443/siteworx
Step 2: Go to Backups
Navigate to Hosting Features → Backups.

Step 3: Select or Upload Backup
- Select an existing backup from the list
- OR upload a backup file if required

Step 4: Choose What to Restore
Select what you want to restore:
- Website files
- Databases
- Email accounts
Step 5: Start Restore
Click Restore and wait for the process to complete.

After Restore
- Check your website is loading correctly
- Test any forms or login areas
- Confirm email is working if restored
Tips
- Always keep a backup before restoring
- Large restores may take several minutes
