If your email is not working, check the following common issues.
Check 1: Correct Login Details
- Use your full email address as the username
- Make sure your password is correct
Check 2: Mailbox Exists
Confirm the email account has been created in SiteWorx.
Check 3: Disk Space
If your hosting account is full, emails may stop working.
Check 4: DNS / MX Records
Ensure your domain's MX records are pointing to your hosting server.
Check 5: Email Client Settings
If using Outlook or a phone, check your incoming/outgoing server settings.

Test Webmail
Try logging into webmail:
https://www.domain.com:2443/webmail
If webmail works, the issue is likely your email app settings.
