If your website is not loading or showing a blank page, there are a few common causes you can check.
Check 1: Has Your Domain Been Pointed Correctly?
Make sure your domain is pointing to your hosting using the correct nameservers or DNS settings.
Check 2: Are Your Files Uploaded?
Ensure your website files are uploaded inside the html folder in File Manager.

Check 3: Do You Have an Index File?
Your website must have one of the following:
- index.html
- index.php
Check 4: DNS Propagation
If you recently updated DNS, it can take up to 24 hours to fully update.
Check 5: Errors in Your Website Code
If your site shows a blank page, there may be an issue with your website code or database connection.
