If your website or email stops working, it may be due to your hosting account running out of disk space.
Step 1: Log in to SiteWorx
Go to:
https://www.domain.com:2443/siteworx
Step 2: View Account Overview
Your disk usage is usually displayed on the dashboard.

Step 3: Check Detailed Usage
Navigate to Hosting Features → Usage (or similar section).
What Uses Disk Space?
- Website files
- Email accounts
- Backups
What to Do if Full
- Delete unused files
- Clear old emails
- Remove old backups
